Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with the suppliers who run parts of the service for us:

  • ClickFunnels, which hosts our web pages, checkout and members area
  • WebinarFuel, which runs the webinar registration, the webinar room and the email and SMS reminders
  • Stripe, which processes payments
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram), which delivers our advertising and measures its performance
  • Our accountants and professional advisers, where they need it

Each of these acts on our instructions and is bound to keep your information secure.

We will also disclose information if the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.

Transfers outside the UK

Some of our suppliers are based in the United States. Where your information is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision covering the country concerned.

Cookies and tracking

Our pages use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, to remember your registration, and to measure advertising. This includes the Meta pixel, which tells Meta that you visited a page or completed an action so that we can measure our ads and show them to similar people.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the site will not work properly if you do.

How long we keep it

We keep registration and marketing data for as long as you remain subscribed, and for two years after your last interaction with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

We keep customer and payment records for seven years after the end of the contract, because tax law requires it.
